I am dedicated to support my clients to understand conflict as an opportunity rather than an obstacle, establish high levels of trust, aspire to shift our world from I-Centric to WE-Centric and architect conversational transformation on a neuro-chemical level.
Conflict is an inevitable part of life. We all experience this life through different perspectives – the Individual perspectives. That means that your perspective is going to differ from the next person’s, so as your life experience, so is the way you deal with things.
Because conflict is basically unavoidable then we run a real risk, when we resist conflict. Have you not noticed if you avoid conflict that you just continually attract people into your life that seem to stir it up wherever they go?
By understanding that facing our fear of conflict and learning how to gracefully resolve it will help us experience healthy relationships, live a life of authenticity and integrity. We gain self-respect and respect for others.
